Finally, after an impossibly looong time, I have come out with a new layout for this page. Whaddya think? Most of the links don't work, as I have only updated the first page so far. Oh, and MS IE users, if you are wondering why the status bar says "Done, but with errors on page", it is because of the scrollbar script. It is not recognized as proper HTML, but it displays fine.
